Refund & Return Policy

At Korakio, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our Montessori-inspired toys. We want you and your little ones to be completely delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to make it right.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused and unplayed with).

  • In its original, unopened packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. The Return Process

To start a return, please contact our concierge team at service@korakio.com.

  • Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@korakio.com with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final.

  • Personalized Items: Any custom-engraved or specially made-to-order toys.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
