A: We prioritize the health of your child and the planet. Most of our collection is crafted from premium, sustainably sourced solid wood (such as beech, maple, and pine). All paints used are non-toxic, water-based, and lead-free, ensuring a safe sensory experience.

Q: Are your toys safety certified?

A: Absolutely. Every product at Korakio undergoes rigorous testing to meet and exceed international safety standards, including ASTM F963 (USA) and EN71 (Europe).

Q: What age group are your stacking stones and blocks best for?

A: While our toys are designed for "open-ended play" (meaning they grow with your child), our jumbo series is specifically optimized for toddlers aged 1–3 years to prevent choking hazards and fit perfectly in small hands.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We know you're excited to start playing! Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our Rescue, CA warehouse.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Currently, we ship primarily within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact our support team at service@korakio.com to see if special arrangements can be made for your location.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to love our toys as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Q: What should I do if a product arrives damaged?

A: Quality is our hallmark, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately.

Care & Maintenance

Q: How do I clean and maintain wooden toys?

A: Wood has natural antibacterial properties, so it doesn't need heavy cleaning. Simply wipe with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking in water or using harsh chemicals, as this can damage the natural grain and matte finish.
